At the (fictitious) restaurant Egg On Top, you can order at the counter or on the app, and a server brings the food to you at your table. You can add an egg on top to any dish, hence the name! This branding reflects the upscale nature of the quality of food and service, while showing the fun and playful theme of eggs.
